Aqlaam Stallion Profile As sire of the Crowd Racing horse The Detainee, the story of stallion Aqlaam is well worth knowing. Trained by leading trainer William Haggas, Aqlaam was a progressive miler who placed on his only 2yr old start. Quickly progressing on to bigger and better things in his 3yr old year. Eight subsequent race outings delivered no fewer than four victories, with most of these coming in valuable and prestigious contests. Amongst Aqlaam’s most impressive wins were the Group Three Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot, the Group Two Summer Mile Stakes at the same course and a […]
Below we have listed all the current Crowd Racing entries and declarations. Entries are not confirmed runs. Until the horse is declared, please do not assume these dates are certain runs! FLYING BEAR Flying Bear has been retired following some bleeding from his nose. He will go onto a new career now, but racing would have put too much pressure on the horse and may well have caused more bleeding. It is always sad for a career to end in this way, but we have to do what is best for the horse. MAJOR CRISPIES MC was claimed by […]
All of the Crowd Racing string are currently in work, at varying stages and this post includes a video clip of one of them, The Detainee. The Detainee is stepping up his work after a long break and is coming along nicely, and looks fantastic.
The latest addition to the Crowd Racing string, the wonderful Flying Bear heads to Lingfield Park on Saturday for the 345 race under David Parkes. He has a nice draw in 3, over the rapid 5f and he goes well on the track, plus there will be plenty of pace in the race with two committed trailblazers queued to slug it out up front. “The Bear” is a lovely racehorse, and is a consistent battle hardened sprinter. We are sure all his owners will have great fun following him for the next twelve months and with ownership costs ranging from £100 […]
As per earlier post, Sparkling Cossack is stepping up her prep for her debut and below is an excellent video of her going through her stalls test. We will have some shares available in Sparkling Cossack in the coming weeks, if you are interested in getting involved please email me on email@example.com
Sparkling Cossack is continuing her prep towards her debut run, and trainer Jeremy Gask has shared the attached video of her cantering at Danebury Stables. The video also contains a brief update on her schedule as she heads for a stalls test and then onto a racehorse trial.
Crowd Racing horse Major Crispies heads to Kempton Park Racecourse on Wednesday night to run in the 745. Ridden by George Baker, and carrying top-weight in this 0-80 contest, MC has a decent draw in 5 and steps up to 7f for the first time since joining us. Crispies already has some good form in the book over 7f and a mile, so we are looking forward to seeing how he goes on a track he has run well on before. We still have some shares available in MC, with options ranging from as little as £100. With all the […]
Trainer, Jeremy Gask has sent over a video of Crowd Racing horse Sparkling Cossack doing a nice piece of work yesterday. SC has needed a little longer than we had hoped to come to hand, but she is thriving and working nicely. The next step will be to get her to a racecourse trial to develop her experience, and then to an actual race. Exciting times!
Born To Finish is looking great after his recent minor wind procedure as you can see from this video. Following the recent vote by his owners to keep BTF in training with Crowd Racing for another twelve months, it is fantastic to see him looking so good and we are all excited to see him on the racecourse.
It was a decent run by Trending in a race that wasn’t run to suit, at Kempton last night. Under last minute replacement Mitch Godwin, Trending had a handy position early on, but once the race slowed down the horses stacked up a bit and T was caught a little tapped for toe when they kicked for home. He ran right to the line and showed that he is on his way back to his best. Trainer Jeremy Gask was pleased with the run, and we will start looking at options for his next run.
